You must complete a minimum of 5 weeks at Beginner level before signing up for Pole-A-Fornication or the Stripper Style Pole Jam.
Please note the Pole Tricks class is only open to those who already do Pole Tricks with Purity.

Classes over the Festive Time

Stripper Style Pole Jam – Saturday 29th December 2018 – 2pm-3pm & 3.10pm to 4.10pm
A Freestyle hour, where the tunes play none stop, we all add our fave slinky and slow tracks, ranging from- R’n’B to Rock to Filth.
Pole Tricks – Thursday 3rd January 2019 – 6.15pm-7.15pm
For those that don’t want to miss 2 weeks, come and get your conditioning in, and boost your metabolism during the festive season!
Pole-A-Fornication – Thursday 3rd January 2019 – 7.20pm-8.20pm and 8.25pm-9.25pm
An hour of dirty beats, questionable lyrics or just plain rude songs. This is a sequence led class, expect minimal talking, loud music and sexy outfits. Knee pads are essential, heels are optional, but they will help inspire your inner minx!

Half Price Beginner Pole Dancing Lessons

For the month of October 2018, the Beginner Pole Dancing class on Wednesdays at 11.05am will be half price, making it £7.50 per class!

All classes are 1 student per pole to get maximum benefit from learning to pole dance.

Daytime Pole and Pilates FREE Launch!

Daytime Pole Dance classes and Pilates classes are launching on the week of 11th June 2018. First week is free, but you must contact to book in, as there are a maximum of 9 in Pilates and 6 in Pole Dance.

If you decide to book in June for a 5 week block there is a £10 discount. Making Pole Dance £40 instead of £50 for 5 weeks, and Pilates £30 instead of £40 for 5 weeks.

Pilates is a great class for keeping your body fit and healthy, working your core with slow controlled movements, both standing and mat work.

Pole dancing is great if you want to improve you relationship with your body, whilst learning a new skill. It will get you fit, but once you start you will realise it is so much more than that.

Half Hour to Power is now Pay As You Go!

HHTP has now been updated to just Mondays and Wednesdays at 5.20pm, pay as you go is now available for this HiiT class, at just £5.50. You can also book in blocks if you want to commit to 5 weeks as well.

This is a great way to boost your fitness and stamina in just a 30 minute class. It is surprising what half an hour can do to you. There are various options for the moves, so it’s ok if you are a hardcore fitness fanatic or a brand new beginner getting off that sofa! You are all welcome at Purity.

Results of Half Hour to Power!

The results are in for the 1st round of Half Hour to Power! In the past 5 weeks we have seen inches lost, weight loss, and fitness levels have dramatically increased!

On the very first fitness test, many opted for the easy options of the moves, but after building up strength, technique and balance, on the last fitness test, many have doubled their reps on certain moves, not only that, but they have doubled them using the harder options! The chart at the bottom shows the result from each person.

Half an hour 3-4 times per week, may not sound like long, but because we are using intense bursts of interval training, our bodies react faster, meaning a quicker result! All of the previous participants are now hooked, and have been booking up to keep their fitness over the Christmas holiday.
